Heather Miller has approximately 14 years experience in writing and engineering, entering the federal proposal world as a communications consultant with EMS Technologies in 2005. She is currently a proposal manager with SRA International’s Public Health Programs. Ms. Miller began her career as a journalist for an Atlanta newspaper and is a former speechwriter for the General Manager of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. She has a B.S. in Communications from Kennesaw State University, a B.S. in Textile Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and is working towards a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA from Auburn University. Her true passion is federal proposal development particularly for DoD procurements. Ms. Miller is an active volunteer with the Miss America Organization and a strong supporter of the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation.
