Becoming a Meeting Sponsor
Our Meeting Sponsorship Program provides attendees with information about successful companies that offer products and services that can help make their jobs, as proposal professionals, easier. We offer the following two (2) meeting sponsorship levels.
 
Level 1:  Meeting Sponsor - $300.00 

  • Sponsor is allowed ten (10) minutes to address the group
  • Sponsor is expected to place give-aways on the tables for each attendees (the sponsor should provide items thirty (30) minutes before meeting start time, 6:00 p.m.)
  • The sponsor group gets to set up a table in the meeting room, which remains during the meeting 
  • Sponsor is allowed two (2) Free dinner meeting registrations for sponsor representatives; any additional attendees must pay. All sponsor representatives must register for the meeting.
  • The chapter will promote the sponsor, via promotion of the logo /website in our communications leading up to the event
  • Sponsor Recognition via chapter website and member email blasts: Sponsor will provide 75-word company summary for chapter website. We will post the summary for the month of the meeting and one month following meeting (two months) and distribute member email blasts recognizing sponsors leading up to chapter meeting.
  • Sponsor is encouraged to donate a door prize (optional)
Level 2:  Meeting Sponsor - $150.00

  • Sponsor is allowed ten (10) minutes to address the group
  • Sponsor is expected to place give-aways on the tables for each attendee (The sponsor provides items thirty (30) minutes before meeting start time.)
  • The chapter will promote the sponsor, via promotion of the logo /website in our communications leading up to the event
  • One (1) Free dinner meeting registration for sponsor representative; any additional attendees must pay. All sponsor representatives must register for the meeting.
  • Sponsor is encouraged to donate a door prize (optional)

RSVP (Pay By Check). Mail check to Jim Keifer, 1804 Cabot Court SW, Marietta, GA 30064. Please make checks payable to Georgia Chattahoochee APMP. Checks must be received within 15 days of the chapter dinner meeting date.
